I have had the privilege of both knowing and working with Chef Arnone in a variety of capacities over the years. In his most recent projects for us, he was charged with opening 4 new outlets in addition to a central commissary, including associated workflows and logistics. Chef Arnone joined our project after several other consultants had provided inaccurate information. Chef was able to step into our existing space and creatively revamp as well as reimagine our bar space to create a solid work environment that is functional and elegant. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Chef Ken both personally and professionally for more than 25 years. When opening our first restaurant 10 years ago, Ken was the first person we thought of as we had no knowledge or experience in the industry. Ken structured, designed and implemented all necessary SOP’s needed to open and operate the restaurant, including our initial menu. 10 years later after opening our second restaurant I had no hesitation in engaging Ken to come back and audit both restaurants to optimize and improve efficiencies, SOP’s, profitability and staff evaluations.

Chef Ken is simply amazing. His knowledge and ability to communicate that knowledge to my team has been unparalleled.
